Our venue is available from 8am on the day, for venue dressing to take place.

Live music must finish by 11pm.

Last orders are called at 11.30pm and the DJ will play until midnight.

All DJs are supplied by Denroyd Farm. If you wish to supply a band, they must comply with our sound restrictions and a £100 charge will apply.

Unfortunately, you are not permitted to supply or consume your own drinks on the premises. However, it’s not all bad news! Our fully stocked bar and experienced bar staff are included in all our packages as standard.

We do have parking available and we can even accommodate coaches. However, we request that as many of you use taxis or be dropped off if possible. If travelling by car please ensure you car share.  Cars may be left overnight at the owners’ risk. We kindly ask that vehicles left be collected by midday the following day.

All events at Denroyd Farm are ticketed and you are required to pre-purchase a ticket before the day of the event. Once you have ordered through out website we will post your ticket to you.

To gain entry you MUST bring your ticket with you. Unfortunately we cannot accept your confirmation email as your proof of purchasing a ticket, so you must bring your actual ticket we post to you!
